Payment-card credentials used for transactions are generally processed directly by our third-party payment processors, and we generally do not receive or store full payment-card information.

Hamburger Stand offers the Hamburger Stand Club, a voluntary promotional program through which members may receive benefits such as free food for signing up, birthday offers, special offers, promotions, and news.

To participate in the Hamburger Stand Club, we may ask you to provide:

Material Terms

10. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION
Our Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13.
